Index Dice is based on a "folk" dice game
called 10,000 or Farkle. Being what it is, there are
probably other names that it's gone by, or at least games
very similar. The basic concept is simple, roll six dice
taking dice out that score points. You can continue to roll
to rack up points or you can stop at any time (after you've
melded, that is) to score the points you've earned so far.
If you ever roll without scoring something, you lose all
the points so far that turn and it's the next player's
turn.
Planned upgrades:
- horizontal view with larger dice
- statistics
I will probably implement features in the order listed and
update the app at each step.
Troubleshooting
If you have any problems with the game, try quitting back
to the home screen and re-launching the app. If that
doesn't fix your issue, try deleting the app from your
device and re-install it from iTunes. Please let me know if
this is necessary and I'll see what I can do about fixing
it.
